MatchIO is operated by the publisher reachable at the contact email above (“we”, “us”).
MatchIO is a casual puzzle game. We do not require you to create an account in the App. Game progress and a few preferences are stored on your device. We do not run in-app advertising or analytics SDKs in the current version of the App as described in this policy.
The App may store the following locally on your phone or tablet (for example using the device’s secure storage APIs):
This data stays on your device unless you uninstall the App or clear the App’s data through your device settings, in which case it may be removed according to your platform’s rules.
Based on how MatchIO is built, we do not ask you to sign in, and we do not intentionally collect:
The App may use your device’s internet connection for features such as checking whether a newer version is available through the platform’s update services (for example Google Play on Android or the App Store on iOS). Those checks are handled by your device and the relevant store; we do not receive personal messages from you through that process beyond what the store already processes according to its own policies.
When you download or update MatchIO, Google or Apple (and their subprocessors) may process technical and account-related information as described in their respective privacy policies.
MatchIO is designed as family-friendly entertainment. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App in order to profile them. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in a way that concerns you, please contact us at apps.kidsvala@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.
Local data is protected by your device’s operating system. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure; we rely on platform standards appropriate for a casual game.
If you use the App outside your home country, your information may be processed where you, your device, or the app stores operate, as permitted by applicable law.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
